Adding the TestFlight tester in iTunes Connect?

Does anybody know how we're supposed to add the challenge post Testflight Tester in iTunes Connect? I know we're supposed to use the testing@challengepost.com email, but iTunes Connect says you can't associate an existing iTunes Connect member to your account (as has been the case for a while). Anybody?
